Now granted most of you have been here before so I don't want abuse for not updating the site and I don't need to tell you the details but for those that haven't read on.
NEW AND IMPROVED (every year)!
I know it's firmly planted in your mind already but...
Saturday, September 13th, 2003 will be a day that will live in infamy.
From the humblest beginnings it's grown into a full-blown, say goodbye to summer, say hello to old friends, kick-ass bash!
Yes folks it’s that time of the year again. Summer is beginning to fade and before you know it SNOW WILL BE FLYING ! It just wouldn’t be right to lay down with a mere whimper and let winter, a new marriage and another birthday come to pass. n+1 years of tradition dictates that we say goodbye to the summer with a last gasp BLOWOUT! We say "It’s the itch that must be scratched." I’m even going to include directions for those that have not been there (or can’t remember being there) in the last couple of years.
You say "Gee can I bring something?" We say sure, bring a dish if you like or contribute to the cause. There’s always some poor slob that runs his tank dry going back and forth to pick up more beer - this could be you! There are no requirements! The only thing that is mandatory is to bring your simple ass and have a good time.
He's the deal boys and girls. We’ll supply the beer, pop, burgers, dogs, chips, potato and macaroni salad to eat and drink. We’ll supply the volleyball net, horseshoes, music, a nice flat grove and our enticing personalities. You supply the fun.
So bring your self, your spouses, your kids, your pals, your pets and most important-your designated drivers and join Sheila, Sharon, Lois, Lisa and Paul at another T.A.P.
Get the point?? Let me know if you can make it so we know how much stuff to get…
I’ll attach my overused map but if you need directions from other places let me know.
SEE YOU THERE!
